Shipping Costs and Information

A shipment of the goods is possible by default only in countries of the following list. If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods will be made within the period specified in the table. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, charges for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties such as customs duties or taxes.

Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a payment system of the US company Apple for in-house mobile devices.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a mobile payment system of the US company Google.

Shop Pay

Store Pay is an expedited checkout from Shopify that allows customers to store their email address, credit card information, and shipping and billing information. This can save your customers time when completing the checkout process, especially if they have already signed up for Shop Pay in a Shopify store.

PayPal

With PayPal, you deposit your bank details once when you sign up. From then on, you only pay with your email address and password.

For each purchase, you have the choice of paying with your bank account or credit card. PayPal is particularly secure because you do not have to enter any financial data when shopping.

Pay your purchase directly after order completion with your usual online banking data via the payment service Sofort.
